This modern and modular MODCUBE laneway house provides 990 square feet of large open living space with ample storage in the crawl space below.  This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom laneway house was designed with 9 foot ceilings on the main floor and an open concept to maximize space and functionality.  Custom dimmable LED strip lighting in the living room highlights the space and creates a subtle divide.  MODCUBE has a full size kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and an island complete with a custom built-in dining table that is perfect for entertaining.  Guests can continue to the outdoor living space through two sliding glass doors which provide access to a private patio with porcelain pavers.  The master bedroom on the upper floor has it’s own private rooftop deck surrounded by a live roof and cedar trellis above.  A jack and jill ensuite bathroom is provided for both bedrooms.

MODCUBE will arrange a free on-site consultation with you and provide an introductory package.

2. Am I eligible?

We can determine if your property is eligible for a MODCUBE from a legal survey. This allows us to create a Site Analysis that will explain exactly what you can and cannot do on your property.

3. How much are they?

The cost to build a MODCUBE can vary depending on finishes and materials but you should budget approximately $350 to $400 per square foot.

4. What will MODCUBE do for you?
