With over 30 years of residential design experience, the Synthesis team has refined their abilities with a wide range of custom homes, renovations/additions, interior design, and laneway homes. MODCUBE was created for those seeking a design-forward, sustainable laneway home, as a solution to the growing housing crisis in many competitive markets across North America.
